The following is a Christian Work Project sponsored in part by a grant from the Boston Baptist Social Union.
Since 1860, First Baptist in Rowley has faithfully ministered to the people of Rowley and the surrounding communities. In the past two years, we have seen God at work in and through our church in outreach ministries that specifically reach out to elementary school-aged children and their families. It is our hope that God will do a work in and through us to continue to reach more families for Christ.
The JOY Club is a Bible based club for school age children Kindergarten to Grade 6 is help twice a month. We have seen a 50% growth in attendance this past year ( 2017).
Vacation Bible School is a one week program held in August.
