Boston Black Church Vitality / EGC

The Boston Black Church Vitality Project is a collaborative partnership led by five partnering organizations: the Institute for the Study of the Black Christian Experience, which  is located at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA; the Black Ministerial Alliance of Greater Boston; Emmanuel Gospel Center; Gordon-Conwell's Boston campus, which is known as the Center for Urban Ministerial Education (CUME); and the Boston Ten Point Coalition.

Stakeholder churches are committed to organizong their constituients to participate in interviews, surveys, and town hall meetings for shared learining and action. Currently we have 12 stakeholder churches, including 6 American Baptist Churches (Calvary Baptist in Haverhil, Concord Baptist in Milton, Morning Star Baptist in Mattapan, People's Baptist in Roxbury, and Union Baptist in Cambridge).
