Faith and Freedom: The Protestant Experience in Haiti

Nesly Metayer is a seasoned Organizational Development consultant with over two decades of experience. He blends scholarly insights from otganizational development, sociology, and psychology with evidence-based practices in change management, strategic planning, and capacity building,. Nesly's extensive consulting spans board development, organizational culture, team management, and Human Resources paractices across nonprofits, universities, and government agencies.

A commitment to racial equity underlies Nesly's work. He has led transformative initiatives like the ED of Color Program and Powering Cultural Futures project to enhance equity and shift power dynamics for minority-led organizations. His consulting approaches prioritize power-based difficult conversations, community engagement, racial disparities, and authentic leadership.

Nesly's practitioner scholarship is reflected in published works on leadership development, community engagement, strategy, racial equity, and learning. Nesly graduated from the doctoral program from Sorbonne, France with multiple masters degrees in Sociology, Public Administration, and Public Law. He is working on his final paper for the doctoral program at Case University in Cleveland, Ohio.
