All Hands In
Mission Statement: We are committed to making a difference in our community by providing educational awareness and events on the issue of human trafficking in addition to seeking opportunities to assist survivors of human trafficking.
All Hands In continues to seek new along with current programs to assist women survivors of human trafficking and exploitation. We are at the stage of moving towards having women take leadership roles within the All Hands In organization and to offer them Survivor Stipends for the work they are doing. We have begun with one survivor who handles the Take My Hand inventory and prepares products for a rolling store event. In addition she oversees our event calendar and will organize a monthly connection with AHI group. We hope to offer a stipend this year to our Sewing Coordinator and Craft Production leader for Take My Hand.
Finances are always a big stumbling block for our women especially as our economy struggles, and rent, utilities, food and other basic necessities continue to rise. We have also connected with rescue / safety operations and have participated monetarily supporting transportation and safety for women victims of trafficking.
