The program will celebrate the variety of musical genres that represent the American cultural music experience, including secular and sacred selections. The performance will include instrumental and vocal presentations.
Paul White is an accomplished artist who has performed nationally as well as internationally. He studied at the New England Conservatory, Conservatory in Geneva, Switzerland, Atlantic Union College, and Tufts University. He has performed as a solo recital performer with the Reverend James Cleveland, Bill Gaither, Nina Simone and has opened for the acapella group Take Six.
Paul and his trio, Paul White and Company, have performed at many jazz venues nationally including Boston, New York, Cleveland, Las Vegas, Denver, and Santa Fe. Paul White has performed in major international cities including Dubai, Brussels, Paris, London, Zurich, Geneva, Montreaux, Milan, and Rome.
Paul released a solo recording project which showcased his pianistic versatility on his recording “The Piano Project” and released “Paul White, Circa 2015” in February 2015 which celebrates jazz standards from the American as well as international songbook.
Paul White's professional versatility includes the position of Director of Music for the historic Peoples Baptist Church of Boston.
